For seven years we have been building a cooperative model that gives member farmers scale, market access, and shared infrastructure — while giving buyers and processors a single, reliable source for maize and dairy.

Enrolment
Smallholder farmers apply to join the outgrower programme and are assessed for land and capacity suitability.
